The People’s Budget may use your contact details to send you general updates regarding Big Easy Budget Game, along with news, special offers and promotions. You may at any time opt-out of receiving these updates.
When you use the People’s Budget website and/or the Big Easy Budget Game, our servers automatically record certain information sent by your web browser. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the website or Budget Game, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, mobile carrier, and other such information.

The People’s Budget and the Big Easy Budget Game use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run these websites.
The People’s Budget may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or other legal or compliance mandates.
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. The People’s Budget Software is not directed to persons under 13. The People’s Budget does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to purchase the Software. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.
